Class Description

Fit class Working simple combinations on the bags/pads in a workout that will get you fit while having lots of fun. Great for beginners.

TechWorking in pairs on the pads, focussing on proper technique and boxing skills. Great for beginners.

CircuitCombining boxing and fitness stations for a workout that will have you panting. High Intensity.

Sparring— A double class with two trainers running experienced and beginner sparring sessions side by side. You will need a mouthguard and your own wraps. We recommend some level of intro boxing experience before you try this class.

Kids Classes

Younger Kids Classes (Saturdays 11-12 ages 6-12)
Kevin takes the classes for kids between the ages of 6-12. He is focussed on providing a fun and safe environment for children. The classes cover basic boxing skills (non-contact) as well as life skills such as discipline,respect and overcoming challenges. The classes are fitness based and include skipping, foot work drills, working a heavy bag, stretching, conditioning and fun game activities.

Senior kids classes (Tuesdays and Thursdays 3.50pm - 4.50pm ages 13-16)
Carolyn takes the senior classes for older school-aged kids. These classes focus on boxing skills, fitness and conditioning with a challenging workout including skipping, skill drills and fitness conditioning work.As the class progresses students are able to try out supervised sparring if they wish (it is not mandatory). The classes also prepare the students well for taking part in the adult classes.
